Then you should be really, really proud.
And man, have you told them that lately?
Our queer kids? They are changing the world. They are amazing beyond measure. Holy crap. Our queer kids are intelligent and bold and kind and strong and determined. As a psychotherapist that works with LGBTQIA youth, I am regularly amazed by and proud of these young people. You should be too. These young people, so open to love, to being true to themselves, to holding space for others. The whole damn world should be proud.
