Individual and Family Therapy Options are 50 minutes, or 80 minute sessions and take place at Empowered Spaces in Shrewsbury. On-site Options available.

In-home and On-site Psychotherapy is available upon request at schools, homes, resident homes, hospice, hospitals, nursing and senior homes.

EMDR  Intensives: EMDR intensives range from 90 minutes to 3 hours. Small breaks can be taken. Intensives are ideal for those wanting to move more quickly through processing in large chunks.

Creative Intensives:  Creative Intensives Typically run at 90 minutes and incorporate on-site creative and expressive projects for therapeutic healing. Jillayna supplies all materials, which can include paint, clay, drawing, writing and various activities.
