Therapeutic Specialties

I believe in and employ radical and personalized approaches to mental health that align with village-building, connection and cross-cultural understanding. I am endlessly striving to understand and better mental wellness, and the psycho-social implications of the modern western world on mental health. My therapeutic services specialize in women and mothers, teens and the LGBTQIA community and cover a wide variety of areas. I also see families, and include schools and communities. I am Certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trained in psychodynamic attachment-focused psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, Narrative therapy, mindfulness techniques, CBT Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). I also offer on-site and in-home therapy upon request, including schools, hospitals, nursing and senior homes and hospice settings. I see all genders, sexualities, religions, am sex-positive and trained in ENM.
