Jillayna Adamson (said Jill-anna, like Banana!) is a Psychotherapist, mama, writer, activist, and speaker with a background in Psychology and Anthropology and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health. She is a trained trauma clinician certified in EMDR and focused on Mental Wellness and evidence-based healing. Jillayna sees Adults and Teens of all genders and sexualities. She has cross-cultural training, and specializes in Mothers (Matrescence) and Women, Adolescence, the LGBTQIA population, and refugees. Jillayna does active contracted work with refugee populations with various non-profit organizations. She is a Canadian transplant currently living in St. Louis with her partner and their two kiddos. Jillayna is down to earth, a feminist and firm believer in letting your freak flag fly.
